KABKAB DATE
Kabkab Date is one of the familiar names of dates in Iran, which is famous and popular among date consumers. This date, considered one of Iran’s export dates, has two types of consumption: wet (rotab) and dry (kharak). When the Kabkab date is fully ripe, it is dark brown. Its color can be seen as yellowish when Kharak and Rotab. Generally, kabkab date is consumed in the form of Rotab. This date is oval and is considered one of Iran’s semi-dry or wet dates. It has a skin attached to the fruit, and its sweetness is not too much and unpleasant. The weight of each kabkab date is about 15 grams. Rotab of Kabkab is desirable and widely consumed with a high percentage of sweetness. Khark and Rotab of the Kabkab date is yellow, known as Honey Rotab among the general society.
